30 days arms and/or ab challenge - August

It's almost August and I'd like to start a challenge in this vacation month for everyone who wants to stay toned. I chose 1 ab challenge and 2 arm challenges (a main one and an alternative one, so you could choose depending on your fitness level). Who wants to join me?
When joining it would be convenient if you clarify which arm challenge you chose to do. And you could also choose to do only the ab or the arm challenge

I don't own a kettlebell, so I'm planning to use both my 2 kg dumbbells while at home and resisting bands while on vacation0 -
I am going to attempt both the abs challenge and the alternative arm challenge since I don't have consistent access to kettlebells.1

How are you doing with the challenge? I'm still on vacation, so I won't be able to post the daily schedule, and I really hope this won't influence on your motivation. I kind of skipped days 6 and 7. But I did them both on day 8 (which was supposed to be a rest day). I hope I won't skip other days because the schedule becomes harder and combining 2 days in one will be rally challenging...0

You're absolutely right!
I totally messed up with the schedule. Turns out I'm constantly skipping days, so I have to do 2 days at a time. As a result I've reached day 13 today and should be on the 14th one. Yet I keep saying to myself that a messed challenge is better than no challenge at all2 -
Anyone still with me? If you skipped a day or two (like I did) it's not too late to get back to the challenge. The last days are harder and therefore give a pretty good opportunity for exercising. I found it's easier for me to split most of the reps in 2 sets. How about you?
