The more you stick to it the easier it gets. Just don’t expect immediate results. It’s taken me since NYE to lose 22 lbs and I’ve learned to accept that any amount lost or even staying the same weight is better than giving up.

I’m right there with you. The only time I get up is to go to the bathroom. I don’t even get a chance to drink more than one cup of coffee or more than one large glass of water!
