I just started on Yokebe on Tues and am doing ok on it, considering it's 3 fairly sweet shakes a day. Have found that making really low calorie soups tides me over to get that savoury fix, but would love to know what other healthy snacks everyone else eats while using these shakes. Thanks in advance.

Sofaking6 is definitely correct on this. I have used food as a coping mechanism for years. Removing food you enjoy is NOT easy at all and your feelings are valid and justified.
