  • When I'm craving salt I do popcorn in a pot on the stove with just a bit (no more than a couple of tablespoons) of olive oil.   • I do little quiche's but instead of the crust i put them in muffin tins sprayed with non stick spray. You can fill them with lots of yummy things like onions (I like grilled), bacon, sausage, spinach, kale and loads of hard cheese like parm or cheddar. They make a great snack too.
  • A chocolate fudgesicle at 40 calories is awesome and hits the chocolate mark
  • Spaghetti squash is an excellent pasta alternative. It's easy and doesn't need extra tools to make.
