Judging by what you eat a lack of protein is not helping... Seems like alot of carbs, alot of fats, minimal protein. You should focus on at least 160g protein, 500 carbs and 70 fat. roughly. focus on macro targets and not calories.

Running will only do so much.. You can easily end up skinny fat. Strength training is the ticket to a great body. HITT cardio is more effective than running for over all body composition as well. Keto is very simple. People make excuses and really are not serious about success. Got to ketogains.com and use there macro calculator. There are a million recipes for low carb lifestyle that are amazing!! The hardest thing about Keto is electrolyte/ sodium balance. You will really dry up.

Plus you dont eat more fat to lose fat... That is not how it works. You want your body to burn your fat reserves for fuel. If you over feed it fat the diet is pointless.

Use the extra calories to you advantage at the gym.. Work out and live life. Unless you are 10 weeks out from a show, which I doubt you are, MOVE ON!!

How long have you been eating this low of calorie? You may have a major drop in metabolism... You may need to eat more to lose more. This happened to me. Also have you considered Keto? I love low carb and I lost 30 pounds on it. Anyone I know who has done it correctly has had great success.

Your sodium is high and may be alot of water weight. I also notice your fats are higher than your protein which is not helping you either. I would raise your protein and lower your fats some. Try having someone go shopping for you!! Make a list of good foods and give them the money to get it for you.

My body does not like low calorie. I find for me eating at close to maintenance has better results physically and mentally!! I have lost 50 pounds this year and alot of it was due to my food scale! It will really open your eyes to what you are consuming!!
