But I haven't been eating enough at those times to really feel satisfied, so I'm ending up hungry most of the day. Maybe I need to eat enough at regular meal times…

I started this challenge on 1/24/15 at 205. My current weight is 195.8. I have lost 9.2 lbs in 3 weeks. The last 2-3 days I have been really hungry -never really feeling satisfied. My calorie goal was 1330, but I decided to increase it by 100 - 150 calories to try to get to a point where I'm not feeling hungry so much.…

I have 65 pounds to lose. Could use some friends. My roommate is obese also, but is not interested in losing at this time. I don't feel like I can talk to him about my diet, weight loss or exercise. Please add me as a friend for mutual support.

Not sure what's going on. Feeling sluggish. Not interested in eating even though I feel a little hungry. Tomorrow is official weigh day for me, but based on today's weight I've lost 7 pounds since last Tuesday. Is that possible??? Anyway, just blah.

I found answers for my Mexican Restaurant dilemma in a food blog. Gonna enjoy myself without going overboard. With 1,000 calories I should be fine. Tomorrow I'll watch my calories and take a walk! Wish me luck! Hope everyone is having a good weekend.

@jemcad13 I think that everyone of us messes up, not just on diets but virtually everything in life. The best we can do is forgive ourselves, chalk it up to experience and get back on track. Hang in there and try not to beat yourself up too much. You got this! :)

Need help! I'm going out to a Mexican Restaurant tonight and I have no idea what to eat or how to log my intake. I thought about not going but I recently moved back to Alabama from California and I'm trying to make new friends. I have been saving my calories today and I have 1,000 left. Any suggestions???

It seems that almost everyone here is exercising. I decided to wait several weeks before starting. I want to definitely see weight loss right away to say motivated. @Steph_135 You mentioned that you try to eat only 3 times per day. I try to eat every 3-4 hours. Smaller meals, but more often. I haven't eaten below 1200 calories again and it's going much better. Haven't tossed and turned from being hungry anymore.

Learned a valuable lesson yesterday! When I completed my food and exercise diary I got a message saying that I probably wasn't eating enough. I thought, yea right! Whatever! Well, when I went to bed, I tossed and turned. Felt very hungry. Can't sleep hungry! So I got up in the wee hours and downed about 500 of today's…

This sounds like a great goal and motivator for me! In 2011 I lost 40 lbs down to 158. After an extremely stressful breakup and subsequent move from LA to AL, I now weigh 205. Top weight 210.
