I agree with you in a way. But I am working out hard 5 days a week and eating clean. Wasn't thinking about replacing my workouts and clean eating, just thinking about adding to it to get the shape I want. Just becuase last time I lost weight, I didn't have to much of a shap. But heard it was hard on your organs also.

All the damn time... lol I have found that if I want something, then i'm gonna have it. Cause if I try to eat something else to satisfy my craving, it usually never works. I just end up eating what I was craving anyways. Now keep in mind, I don't go overboard. I still track my calories, and make sure I only eat a serving…

I eat meat as well! Usually for dinner. Chicken, Turkey Burgers, Fish. Also eat eggs, yogurt, beans and other things. I do usually workout 2 times per day. So that takes away calories on my diary. But Veggies are mainly what I eat.

Don't weight yourself constantly. There are going to be some weeks that you won't lose anything, but you will still be making progress. Just a reminder, muscle weighs more than fat.
