Figuring out Macros for weight loss and getting toned
Okay, I am trying to figure out what percentages I need to set my macros at to lose weight, and get toned. I have done quit some time doing research, but every website, book says something different.

Mine are cut up strawberries and blackberries! Or greek yogurt with pretty much any kind of fruit. Yuuuuum!

I'm sure we've all seen or heard about someone waist training. What are your opinions on it? Have you tried it yourself? Does it really work? Does it harm your insides as some people say?

Grams of sugar???
Question! My marco for sugar is set for 45 grams per day. If I happen to go over that by eating fruits and all NATRUAL sugars, is that going to keep the weight on, or make it harder to keep it off?

How often do you guys eat?
I know eating frequently helps boost metabolism. How often is too often? If I don't feel hungry, should I still snack on something light every couple hours or so??

Ladies! How many calories do you consume a day?
I had a question for my ladies out there trying to lose weight. How many calories do you eat per day usually? I am asking becuase I have my daily goal set to 1,000. Now, I know that is low, but I do eat ALOT of veggies through out the day. So being under 1,000 per day is easy considering most veggies don't have very many…
