Question! My marco for sugar is set for 45 grams per day. If I happen to go over that by eating fruits and all NATRUAL sugars, is that going to keep the weight on, or make it harder to keep it off?

Sugar is sugar, your body doesn't process table sugar any differently than sugar in fruit. That said, sugar in your diet isn't going to have any effect on whether or not you lose weight and keep it off unless you have a condition which is affected by sugar. If you like your fruit, keep eating it. You can change the amount of sugar allowed on your diary by simply customizing your goals.0

No, it doesn't matter.0

It doesn't matter where the sugar is from, your body processes it the same. The benefit to fruits and veggies is they have fiber, vitamins, minerals, etc. The only way you'll gain weight is eating any food in a surplus. Sugar, unless you have a medical condition, isn't worth tracking, in my opinion.
