I used to try and force myself to eat one every other day or so as a snack while I was out and about - stomaching just one bite often proved really difficult, I can't stand the artificial taste and the flavour it leaves in your mouth. I recently threw out half a box because I just can't bring myself to eat them anymore.…

I've been trying to really stick my macros this month (C40:P40:F20), and so far I've managed to eat at around C42:P44:F16 which I'm reallllly pleased about. My meals tend to be the same and aren't varied - though I'm trying to change this, so my shopping list is generally pretty short and exhaustive. Weekly I go through:*…

Optimum Nutrition - but not all of the flavours. I think they taste horrible with water, but when made with skimmed milk, they can pass for actual shakes. I've take to the Vanilla Ice Cream flavour recently and have incorporated half an avocado to the equation as well, and it tastes amazing, the texture is just like an ice…

It was pretty good for what it was lol. If you were to add cheese I would go for something not too salty or sharp because the pesto provides tonnes of salt as it. So mozzarella or ricotta would go well I think.

Ah, I should have remembered to add in the conversions, so thank you for that! :) I have some cheese left over, but I like to watch the fat content in my food, and there's a fair amount from the olive oil in the pesto already, so adding cheese would have doubled that. Although I'm pretty sure the addition of cheese would…

Chicken breast. Any other cut of chicken (dark meat) has twice the fat as breast does, and a tiny bit less protein. Octopus and Squid, gram for gram, has less fat and more protein than chicken breast, but cholesterol in squid is twice as high (same amount as eggs if I recall correctly). Cholesterol for octopus is pretty…

Chicken Breast: 100g (raw) = 110cals, 1.2g fat, 23.1g protein. Tuna: 80g = 99cals, 0.1g fat, 24.2 protein. Cod: 100g = 72cals, 0.5g fat, 18.5g protein. Swordfish: 100g = 139cals, 5g fat, 27g protein. Octopus: 100g (cooked) = 164cals, 2.1 fat, 30g protein. Skimmed Milk: 300ml = 99cals, 10g protein. There's obviously also…

Eating well, or at least trying to. This also has nothing to do with diet, but I take Epsom salt baths when I'm sore, but I've read that it's also an alright detox because of how much you sweat, might just be hearsay but worth looking into if you're interested.
