Mine is open. I eat fairly alright, but not well. I count everything except for water (always forget to log), and certain seasonings like salt, pepper, chili flakes/powder. I also don't log my BCAA drink because it's 0 calorie.

How much you eat/should be eating definitely depends on height, size, gender, etc. I vary a lot between 900 and 1500, I have binges which take me up to 2000. I used to average out at 1000 - 1100, but I've been aiming for 1500 now and usually manage 1200 - 1400. Bit of a mess really. (I'm 5'2)

If I gain weight at all during that time it tends to be 0.5kg (1.1lbs) or under. I often feel heavier though, and look more bloated which contributes to a huge knock on confidence and then the following of seeking out comfort in chocolate and the likes lol.

Hello there, Are you eating the correct amount of calories for your height/weight? (the Harris Benedict Equation is a good way to gauge this). Your situation isn't really making a lot of sense to me if you've been counting calories and restricting, in conjunction with exercising. Then again I'm not a doctor or a specialist…
