I'm doing 16:8. Have been doing 16:8 for 27 days and have lost 12lbs so far, so nearly a stone in a month - a real surprise to me! I'm using the Fast Habit app to log it all - the fasting times and weights. It's really useful and easy to use.

I gave up the diet soda, decided fizzy flavoured spring water was the next best option (lemon & lime flavoured fizzy water). My daughter and I both love it.
