It happens to all of us. The important thing now is to go back to eating healthy. Don't think that since you binged right now you can continue to do so the rest of the day. Just keep going and think about your goals! You can get through it. One bad binge will not break you.

Maybe just try soda water with a lime and lemon.

You are certainly eat very few calories, and it is important to eat. What I suggest is you focus on which foods you are eating. If you are going to eat so few calories, make sure you are still getting all the nutrients you need. Maybe add in a protein shake too.

That is quite a bit of protein. However, I do recommend you eat a little bit of lean protein (i.e. chicken) with every meal. Good luck!

Really just depends. They can be loaded with sugar and if you get them out then it could have ice cream or frozen yogurt. I like to make them myself so I have complete control. I use frozen fruit and prepare it the night before by adding all my fruit and keeping it in the freezer, then I just make it when I am ready!

It could be, but you really just need to be sure you are staying under your daily calorie intake. If you are according to your app then there is something else off. I like to have a glass or two of wine too, you just need to continue to account for it and make sure you are in a calorie deficit each day to lose weight.

Drunken noodles or pad thai! yum yum!

good for you! This will not happen overnight. What I like to do is measure myself once a week. That way I can track inches and not what is on the scale. Also mix it up. Try taking a HIIT class or cycle class. You want to always do different exercise so your body doesn't get used to one certain thing. Good luck!

thank you this looks great. I love using apple cider vinegar in salad dressings!

I use epicurious to find healthy dinners!

I make my own protein bites and I find that its much cheaper and they taste way better. Search for great recipes online.

Talk to your Dr first, then slowly ease into a plan that will help strengthen your back while working on your glutes.

Definitely watch how much cardio you are doing and don't be afraid to lift weights. Sometimes if you focus too much on cardio you will lose your muscle and no one wants that.

I am somewhat new at this too, but a good friend that is a national bikini competitor told me to look for protein powder that has close to 30g of protein per scoop, 25 is ok too. And under 5g of carbs per scoop, under 2g of sugar per scoop, and approx 130 calories per scoop. Hope this helps!

Hi @arliah I feel the same way as you sometimes. I put in all of this work and the weight is VERY slowly coming off. However, we need to be patient. The weight didn't come overnight and it won't leave overnight!

I agree with the others, 1000 seems a bit low. It's important that you are eating the right foods to help you lose the weight, but most important it's important to eat. Eating many small meals throughout the day will help boost your metabolism and help you lose the weight! Good luck!

I am getting ready to run my second half marathon....any advice?? I didn't train properly the first time, and although I finished and ran the whole time, I know I can do better!
