Probably best to stick to spirits rather than beer or wine etc. JD and diet Coke a good option :-)

I'm 157cm (5'2") and currently 62.9kg (138.4lbs)......would like to get to 59.5kg as that's the lowest I've ever been but I would love to get lower than that, possibly 54-56kg but not sure how that will go or how I'll look. :#

Varies between protein bar, porridge, protein pancakes and today, for the first time in three months, I had toast and marmalade :) Bread is a trigger for me so trying to flick a very well hidden moderation switch! :dizzy:
