  • I have not but one of my co-workers was on it briefly and it made her irritable.
  • In my experience, a lot of those over the counter diet pills don't work.
  • This statement is so true and is something I've been working on for the past few months since I have more control over myself than what others do or say.
  • That and drinking a ton of water helps the most for me.
  • If it's one day out of the week or on occasion, I don't think there's anything wrong with it. I have one bad day every now and then but I don't do it on a daily basis.
  • I definitely eat more (actually I wolf down) when I'm stressed and it can be challenging.
  • Although I'm not not on a "diet," one thing I've done is drastically cut out any junk food (but not completely) and amount of carbs (like pasta and breads) and increase my intake of fruits, vegetables, and protein/calcium. Maybe one day of the week I'll have a bag of chips and a candy bar.

  • Although I have not been diagnosed with Hypothyroidism yet, but I have to agree with everyone so far. On days when I feel sluggish, I pretty much have to force myself to go to the gym.
