Well, remember, you are doing something that many people won't even attempt. That alone is huge. And I'm sure those people you see running on the streets oh-so-gracefully and seem like they can go on for days had many bad atempts before they found their groove. It was brutal for me to get through, but I just focused on my…

I'm in. I'm 16weeks pregnant, so I'll do as much as I can while I can! I'll be back later with my miles. Good luck all! Let's rock March! :drinker:

Keep up the great work everyone! I know I can't post weight losses right now and I don't really need to be in this thread, but I miss my regulars too much. :smooched: So I'm back :D Now you all get to deal with my pregnancy ramblings, just a heads up, lol. I've finally got back into exercise. My first trimester was spent…

Well, airsoft is a less painful version of paintball, but we were rained out. I did still get to play some laser tag with my brothers which was a blast! I took off some time from running since I found out about LO, but I'm easing back into it. Even if I have to walk my 5k's, I'm still doing them :)

The main one I can think of is the girls who come in with a face full of make up OR the ones that touch up their make up BEFORE working out. I watched one chick actually curl her hair and do all of her make up and then ended up on the treadmil in front of me. Seriously?! And the typical not wiping down the machines…

Thanks all for the welcome :) I've been active with MFP for almost 2 full years now, but I do have my off days, so, sorry if I don't respond or catch up with you all right away. Nothing major to report here. I went to the gym Mon/Tues and I'll either do one more gym day or take advantage of our semi-nice weather and go for…

Hey all :) Adding another Leo to the list. I'm due AUg 14th, 10 days after my birthday, 5 after my grandma and 2 before my brother! I had all day queasies, never really got sick except the 2 times I took my PNV on an empty-ish stomach. I had been extremely tired the first trimester so I didn't get much exercise in. Which…

I don't know how it's done either, but before I bought my HRM, I used the site caloriesperhour.com to help calculate things like that. I used dancing, general. When I got my HRM, I compared the two numbers after a 45min session and found that my HRM was slightly higher than the website. I know not everyone wants or is able…

I can't talk about knee pain or anything, but I started using couch to 5k when I weighed 235lbs (and on a small frame) and I did it 3x a week just fine. Typical aches in my legs but nothing serious. Since then, I've run many 5k races and did half marathon training which was 4 days a week ranging from 3miles to 9miles over…
