First off, congrats on both completing your first half and losing weight! WAY TO GO! Second, I think it's totally reasonable! I have my first half next April, I would love to have a 2hr 20min time (a few min faster than my sister in law, always in competition) but really, I'll be happy to finish anywhere under 3hrs. Good…

I had a 5mile run/walk on Sunday which I averaged 5mph, I can't seem to get above that yet. I did 7miles today, also at 5mph. Not that I'm complaining because when I started running I ran at a 4.5mph pace. Now I walk that :) 've only got 4.5 I have another 4miles tomorrow and 6miles Saturday. I have a 10miler in March and…

I wouldn't mind an 8 (US), but as long as I feel great in what I where at any size, I'll be happy. I'm currently a 12/14 and was a 22W :)

Those are the dates I'm weighing in on for the challenge :) We usually all weigh in once a week, just pick the day you want, no set rules. And Terri, I have been a part of this challenge since May 2010 :)

I'm really starting to add up the miles during my half marathon training and I know I'm gaining muscle. Good luck all, let's rock this month! Dec 1st SW: 191.6 Dec 6th: Dec…

In reguards to the 'DREADmil' I learned to jog outside in the midwest heat last summer. I had never been on a treadmil til this past May when I joined the gym. I joined the gym in hopes to use the weigh machines and Zumba. But when it rained, I ended up on the treadmil and actually enjoying it as I have a nice controlled…

I'm still training through Jan 7th for my half, so I'm running 4 days a week which really helps keep me on track right now! Anyway, Happy Thanksgiving All!! Don't stress over calorie counting today. Watch your portions, do the best you can, but more importantly, enjoy the time you get with your loved ones. You can always…

Happy Thanksgiving All!! Don't stress over calorie counting today. Watch your portions, do the best you can, but more importantly, enjoy the time you get with your loved ones. You can always exercise off the extra calories, but some of our families are only in town for a few days, enjoy that time while can.

55 and Pickles- I feel your pain.. My original doc, after seeing him because I was a few months late, told me I was normal, but too fat to have kids. Bluntly, just like that! I was furious and refused to go back. My new doc hasn't said I have PCOS yet, but my husband and I have been not trying, but not preventing either,…

Just finished what looks like my last race for the year on Nov 5th, new personal best of 35:19. Next year, my plans are to register for a 10miler Mar 24th, a half in April, and a 5k May 12th with a few MFP friends. Was really looking forward to a 15k, Thanksgiving and Christmas races but my husband could be laid off at any…
