I'm 5'7 and weigh148 (for now) and mine is 37 but by the time I'm done it WILL be a 31-33

Mine was stuck for 3 months, I started eating only 1000 calories and a friend of my told me about zeal for life and I'm now back to losing again! I'm 5'7 hope this helps
