That's exactly what I was worried about.. Starvation mode! Im definitely going to work on eating more protein, I was hoping almonds would be enough. Ridiculous thinking on my part. I know.. And I'm way old enough to know better! Any protein tips besides more meat?

Im 5' 11 and 220, gained 20 lbs in 6 weeks, sitting on the couch eating junk. I think that was the slap in the face I needed! Never thought I could gain 20 lbs in 6 weeks.
