I do the same thing! I cant stand the taste of a hard boiled egg yolks! Yucky yuck. When I make scrambled eggs I use 5 egg whites and just 1 yolk.

Currently there are 5 weight loss pills on the market, but by prescription only and they come with many side effects. It's up to you and your doctor to decide if it's the right choice for you.

Miss ana3067, Squats don't have to be done 20- 30 squats in a row, do them 1 or 2 at a time. It's all about form, working up to more squats at a time and really just the personal satisfaction of completing something with a good possibility of a couple of stronger tighter muscles.

Hey miss BONNIEDALBERG! I completely agree with many of the points you make ! Most of them actually. I do love many of the recipes, there are some crazy concoctions for sure! I think those mamas musta had the munchies when they were piecing some of those recipes together!

Do you live by a trader joes!!? Bananas are 19cents each, comes out to about 34-38 cents a pound depending on the size of the banana!

Yay! I know this sounds silly, but I'm thrilled someone else has tried this amazing smoothie!!! I add chia seeds and unsweetened almond milk, and if I'm feeling festive I'll add some frozen or fresh spinach!

Do you like cottage cheese? Trim healthy mama has a great protein packed smoothie made with cottage cheese, frozen berrys( which only have 5 grams of sugar per serving)

Same problem here! I'm only eating about 700-800 calories a day- I'm going to start adding more protein, I surely don't want to add more carbs!
