I also do the treadmil 5x 30-35. Mins...lost 5 lbs but now it's just a stand still..looking to loose 80 lbs a lil under 1500 calories..tons of veggies, fruit, and water. ..

I've only lost 5lbs..In 3 weeks..working out 5 days cardio 35 mins, started weights last week eating under 1500 calories cutting out sugar anf rice ect.but the 5lbs has not budge..even tho its a lil frustrating I'll keep adding on to my routine
