I second that! I’ve only been counting cals for about 11 days ish and for the first 6 I was fine. Now I’m starving!! Thanks! Guess another item on my ‘to buy’ list is a tape measure :) As for HIT training, I’ve been doing the 30 day shred a few times a week along with a couple of long, moderately paced walls with the dog and a long swim. I was wondering the same thing! Although I don’t think I’m nearly as busy as you, I’m a teacher here in the UK so currently have a week of summer hols left.
