  • @pkg1998 Hang in there, it's not easy but if you stick to your plan it will pay off. I've been stucked at 162.8 for 3 weeks dispite exercising more and eating low carb high protein. This morning I'm finally down by 1/2 lbs. Don't be too hard on yourself. Let's do this together 🥰
