I enjoy steel cut oats with cinnamon and blueberries or just cinnamon. Make a batch that will last you for a few mornings. They reheat really well in the microwave. Steel cut oats don't get pasty like rolled oats. They stay creamy with a nice chew to them.

I too have many more than 100 to lose. I'm just going to take it one day at a time. I quit smoking 7 years ago and am going to use that same thought process. " I don't want to undo to good that I did yesterday", "last week", and so on. We can do this!!!
