I really didn't start working out until I was about 30lbs down, just eating the right foods is how I lost majority of my weight. Looking back I would have started weights a lot sooner to retain the muscle I had. Now I do a bit of cardio and I'm starting the stronglifts 5x5

I do! Basically I have a turkey wrap for lunch, eat half when I make it and half when I get to work at 2pm with some hummus and crackers. They're great! Once you rinse them well and toss them with some type of sauce they're fantastic! They really take on the flavours that you use in your dish.
