Uhm, quick error fix, I meant 8 kgx10, 12 kgx10 and so on.... :D And same with leg extensions, the bigger ones are weights... I have also eaten when others eat, but now I try to remember that it's like when driving my van: if the snow or slippery roads try to get me off the road, the main thing is HOW QUICKLY I get it back…
