Im a crocheter but hoping to learn to knit as well. I find it relaxing and just takes my mind of things.

I really like the Jillian Michaels workouts personally. I haven't done her 30 day shred one but I have a couple of the others. I'm not a massive fan of gyms but I know that I should try and incorporate light weights into my workout and that's what I find I can do really easily with her workouts.
