Thankyou everyone I never go over calories always less or spot on , hopefully with the help or jogs, bike rides and gym it comes off quick does anyone recommend slimming pills or not just seen some of those called burn bullets to burn fat quicker ?

I mostly eat carbs but that's said to be real bad for you I could live on toast and cereal I've lost a lot of weight but this last 18 pounds won't shift no matter what I do im thinking should I have less calories in a day or eat healthier food to the amount I should have ?
