I'm an emotional eater and an overeater. The best advice I can give is to forgive yourself and just move forward. You're in this for life. You aren't going to have perfect days every day of your life for the rest of your life. Forgive and just jump right back on track.

I felt like mine was too high at 2330 to lose weight, even as big as I am, but I do notice that I lose when I stick within that calorie goal.

My highest weight before was 255. I decided that was enough. I started going to the gym all the time. The gym is 100% what made me lose the weight.
