I'm in a similar boat. I'm 40 and am at my highest weight ever apart from when I was postpartum. Do you have a specific plan for your weight loss? I'm starting with significantly reducing sugar and sadly, wine.

I am interested in starting the Southbeach diet, but I can't find anywhere that indicates how many carbs are suggested in phase one. Do you know the reccomendations? I'm looking to lose about 20 to 25 lbs. Thanks!
