My unpaid advice would be to make sure the shake you do end up with is what you want. A protein shake or a meal replacement shake?

Yes BLT here. Ive never heard it called BLT but, guilty as charged. Now that I'm trying to log my food I am trying hard to just say no.

Yes, logging helps me out. I have found i eat close to the same thing everyday. So, Ive saved my "work lunch", "work breakfast", and "work snack" to make it a little easier.

Hello, hope all is well. Best thing I found to help me stay on track is join a gym with classes. Going to smaller classes has given me a family away from home with a ton accountability.
