I work 12 hr shifts and am usually starving when I get home so I've started eating an apple or some low fat popcorn with some water to fill me up a bit on the ride home. I find I make better choices if I'm not so hungry when I walk in the door.

I did WW about 5 yrs ago and lost 50 lbs but put back on about 35. I've been using MFP for about a month and like it much better. Ok so if I did the math correctly that's just over 4.1 miles per day.... I did 4.5 on the elliptical and I must admit that knowing I accepted the challenge kept me on there longer. I guess that's the idea!
