Cottage cheese is super high in protein, Gorton's tilapia 28 grams, 3 oz. roast beef 18 grams, and my son uses a whey protein but it does have lots of calories!

Hi! I am 52 and I can assure you there is nothing to fear at 40! You may find you need reading glasses, but you can still be healthy and fit at 40. It's getting a little tougher in my 50's, but still totally do-able. Eat right, lift weights, and enjoy your youth!
