I thought the scale was broken. But truth is I really was gaining weight. The tape measure wasn't lying. Was disgusted with myself as I counsel people daily on how to eat properly.

Mother Earth would want us to our fruits and veggies as they have been offered. Sounds all healthy to make these smoothies but you will get plenty of pureed food when you lose all your teeth and live in a nursing home! Chew now while you still can.

I too am ravenous on my non workout days. Using this food tracker will hopefully keep me from over doing it. And aware.... it's probably the body replenishing it's stores for your next workout or lion hunt.

I am steadily putting weight on and am unsure why. Now I know that it was because I ate too much. This is the first time I ever tried to calorie count. It's working so far. 2 pounds the 1st week, maybe more.

The set up is easy enough but took me awhile to learn how to add exercise properly so I get extra calories for the days allotment. Love this app. Lost 2 pounds already.
