  • My mother brought me a sausage and cheese biscuit this morning from a local food joint before I went to work while she babysits my son and I wanted to eat it, planned to it, but denied myself to eat it. I gave it to my co-worker and instead I ate 2 cups of watermelon and a protein bar. :) Yay us!!

  • I kicked the soda habit with caffeine pills. I don't use them everyday; only when I really need a "pick me up". I purchased a knock off brand from Wal-Mart that contains 200mg of caffeine which equals out to about 2 cups of coffee.
