That makes perfect sense. So working the muscles with lunges and weights and lifting, while doing other excersizes to help fat loss and eating at a deficit should do the trick

Fat! I have a really slim waist and all of my fat and trouble areas are in my butt, hips & thighs. I want to lose 30 pounds of fat

Haha that makes me feel better! I just wish there was an exercise that targeting cellulite specifically in certain areas, I guess that's kinda impossible though!

Hahah true! But anyway, I read somewhere that when you only do lunges and exercises to work your leg muscles, you may bulk up on your legs and look even bigger. So maybe just a ton of cardio and 25 mins of muscle and toning incorporates into the workout? I'll give that a try
