It depends on what your weight is. The heavier you are the faster you would lose weight till it will gradually slow down. Anywhere between 2-4lbs would be ok. It seems like you have the basics covered Ensure you get enough protein and lift weights to preserve as much muscle as possible Good luck

Start off with small changes - focus on this being a lifestyle change. Set your first goal of losing 10lbs I find smaller, more manageable goals keep you motivated.

Hey, Did you cut out a lot of carbs? There is a lot of water stores with carbs and when you start a diet this is the reason for the initial rapid weight loss. I would guess you've lost 4-6 lbs of water and the rest fat (hopefully no muscle) Really good job

The best fibre supplement I've used is Psyllium Husk (powdered form). As above, Chia Seeds are also great. I also like Flaxseed (Ground). Beans are also great. Ensure you are drinking lot's of water to aid your digestion

The most powerful tool is your mind. For you to lose the weight and keep it off you must make it a lifestyle as opposed to a "Diet". 1 word which sums it up is consistency. Goodluck
