I have moved into a maintenance phase after losing the fat I wanted to. I have upped my calories by 100 per week. i.e. NET Cals a day 1800, 1900, 2000 etc. I am now on 2600 kcals and I am still dropping weight lol Just see what your body adjusts to...

Some great ideas What's your thoughts on adding milk? I prefer mine without Do people keep the yolks? I certainly do, the best part ;-)

Chewing can be useful, but honestly speaking - I would address the root cause of why you are binge eating. If it's boredom then find some productive things to do. Ask yourself, "Am I really hungry?" Sometimes when you feel hungry, you are in fact thirsty!

Intermittment fasting an eating disorder? I dont agree at all. Your metabolism has probably adapted Up your Cals very slowly every week by 100kcals and keep a close eye on the scales

I agree Allow the food you enjoy in small quantities. You will notice you binge much less frequently

It went ok thanks - will see in next couple of months if it worked. OK - I'm from London so not too sure what that plan is like. Feel free to add me and check out my diary. I eat at random times as I'm busy - I prelog the night before and plan ahead. Also - I like having a big meal in the evening so I enjoy things!

Consistency is the key...Make it a lifestyle change. During my teens I was up and down as well!
