Hi everyone, I'll join in !! 66 years old, and from Southwest Michigan. I've lost almost 50 pounds so far, and have a goal to lose another 10 pounds slooooowly. Left MFP for a couple months and just came back this week. Hoping to make some new friends, and follow along with your journeys. Bill
