Didn't do a good job of keeping up on here last month. Fighting some kind of bug, so dropped out. Ready to get back with it for April !!! April 1st - 1. Meditate for at least 10 minutes 2. Do at least 45 minutes of Pilates. 3. Drink lots of water. 4. Read some motivational material. 5. Stay focused.

March 7th - I've been sick for a few days, so haven't posted. Just for today, I will; 1. Not try to push myself too soon to get back into exercising. 2. Drink lots of water. 3. Celebrate my success, so far. 4. Take some strength renewing naps. As of this morning's weigh in, I've lost 52 lbs.

March 5th - Came down with some kind of bug, so holding steady today. Basically, a rest day. 64.5 total miles, so far.

March 4th - Just for today, I will; 1. Go to the Y and hit the treadmill. 2. Go to Pilates class. 3. Continue tracking and logging EVERYTHING I eat. 4. Stay positive, focused, and disciplined !!!!

3/3 - 0 miles 3 hours of Barre, Pilates, and Yoga classes today, so no mileage. Total miles so far - 32.5
