its difficult, but worth it. and you're right. it takes long. but dont give up. need some tough love? not only (primarily) do it for yourself, but also do it for your husband. just as you'd want to see him nice and fit, imagine whats going through his head if his wife gained 50 lbs in 2 years. he'll never tell you that…

first of all congrats on the weight loss, tremendous achievement. second, dont be sorry about how you think you look lol. nothing to lose confidence over. third...like others said, keep lifting and increase the weights gradually with good form. with your age, results will start showing soon. best of luck bro

No one appreciates someone being a martyr. this and OP's post is infuriating to those who have accomplished their fitness goals, because it implies their journey was easy. wishing to be like the successful ones isn't helpful to anyone. working as hard as the…

Apple Spice & Cauliflower Cupcakes September 8, 2013 Unfortunately guys I dont think that recipe is a prank lol
-
I dont think a cupcake's goal is to bring health, wellness, and vitality. It's to be a sugary creamy bad-for-you treat; a guilty (or not) pleasure. These aren't better as cupcakes, maybe as complacent cupcakes lol
