out of sight, out of mind hard to say no to food sometimes, but physically getting away from tempting foods that i don't need helps me (usually around bed time when i've nicely reached my macros and calories, and then a wild lindt chocolate ball appears...lord have mercy)

one point to consider if all other pros and cons end up on 50/50 for you: elliptical is significantly quieter
-
oh...what'd you think of it?
-
oh wow this is eerie, lol we both posted documentaries with a similar descriptions at the exact same time, 1:22am, on the same Food and Nutrition forum...wow

yep, its the main ingredient in metamucil, but without any of the flavorings or sweeteners if you buy just the husk, i get mine from here http://www.bulkbarn.ca/en-ca/product/seeds/baking/psyllium-husk.html but again, i do not have GERD, just mild occasional heartburn..so yeah definitely ask your physician about treatment…
-
i take 2 tablespoons of psyllium husk with water with every meal, i find that it really makes a difference for me. maybe give it a try? im assuming you're also on medication now after the diagnosis? ultimately, only that will help...since all foods will cause your stomach to secrete more acid

-
how i typed it: you are an emt, i am in the similar to-be profession, please do tell me more and no need to use layman analogies. i really do want to know how you seem to have taken it: i am superior, you are inferior. why are you calling me a condescending jerk if you seem to have misread an honest request lol? "This…

welll i thought it was pretty funny >.> fine its not call it crappy
-
you're right. i dont know. thats why i politely asked him to explain, i may have missed something from the textbooks that a personnel in the workforce knows about. yet to receive any information from him

lol im on the internet, its the only place one can be openly crass/rude/helpful/whatever they want. im not mother teresa no...just going by this thread's title. it says Hello I am a sugar addict.
-
i never said it causes diabetes either. just as smoking does not cause any sort of lung malignancy. smoking only increases chances of developing a lung malignancy. overeating sugar (aka addict) may predispose OP to some undesirable pathologies related to glucose metabolism. or, you know, do what you want. free country
-
oh? please, tell me more
-
yeah..you do
-
you may become an insulin addict later in life if you keep it up, so think about that and stop eating sugar?
-
yeah i was fat for most of my life and in the guy world, guy friends will just call you fatty to your face any chance they get. i coped with it by not-being-a-fatty anymore
-
well, at some point you're going to have to stop disliking weights, and i think you'll get to love them after you start gaining strength, its addicting. but as a start point, maybe try using resistance bands? something like these routines: http://www.band-exercises.net/exercises/
-
without having any other info to work with...either eat less, or exercise more, or a combo of both
-
ages 8-20- others made fun because i was a fatty. that was good; the insults helped me change for the better age 20 onwards- to look presentable, be strong, and at least try to prevent some pathologies in old life
-
yeah its fine...to convert from oz to grams just multiply by 28.3, or 28. so you ate about 65g potato or you can find foods that are listed according to ounces and just do that directly
-
yes, because i really meant it when i said she was pregnant, and it wasn't a silly joke in any way or just some outside-the-box factor to have a chuckle at. but i guess you couldn't tell the difference. ^that was sarcasm, by the way; im guessing you wouldn't be able to tell that either
-
woahh calm down a bit rabbitBJ, did i set off one of your triggers? you seem upset and lol @ everyone getting butthurt as if pregnancy were a disease.
-
how are you so sure? did she piss on you?
