Could you possibly elaborate on the 18/6 thing? Eating is an inconvenience and doing sop once a day would be nice if of value. I have been told by so many to eat a little often..confusing.

i fasted once for 20 days...i don't think quick fixes work. I had quit some prescription meds and was trying to get clean. I had broke my back and knees, head injury...needed a fresh start.

stress makes one fat as it increases cortisol..agree. I broke my back and fractured my knees and was 300 pounds...no pain or stress in my work out plan..nope.

Stay out of the sun no tanning..hydrate

I lost over a 100 and steam after work out , exfoliate and lotion up. I'm ok..i think anyway.

I've found keeping away from carbs is key for me at least. I read something about being endomorphic and carbs being bad for my frame and seems to help. Start today is the best encouragement I can give!

That's it's not "working out" but about proper diet and calorie deficit. Working out is the next but not until you control input.

I've lost over a hundred pounds and was ostracized and insulted daily. I had a brain injury which effected my thyroid and hormones and was no fault of mine I had become obese. It taught me compassion for which I'm thankful.

I've a fitbit charge that I like but just yesterday I figured out how to do negative adjustment. I run on a treadmill every morning and the machine says I do about 1100 calories but given credit for like 450 on fitbit. I'm wondering how I'd get full credit..any help is very appreciated. :)
