  • 5'7" SW: 168 CW: 163 GW: 140 Highest weight 170 Lowest weight 130 I lift weights 5 days a week, run 3 days a week, and walk 45mins monday-friday (to and from work) I'm currently eating 1850 calories/day and losing about a pound per week, so I may drop down to 1650. I don't know how some of you survive on 1200-1300 cals/day!
