I mainly go because I like getting outside. But maybe I'll opt for a walk instead of sitting at Starbucks once in a while. It's all about small changes sometimes I think. I used to walk all the time for one of my breaks, not sure what happened

My nonfat vanilla latte ( tall ) is about 120 cals. I'm going to start lowering my sweet level. Not too too bad. But yeah tea might be my solution

I have jumped onto the David's tea bandwagon yesterday. Drinking this one that tastes like coffee and it's great! Not sure it'll make me switch 100% but I'm going to aim to have this once or twice a week instead of coffee! I just add 3tbsp of milk and it's a good pick me up. I think I figured it out, had to enable the negative calorie count on myfitnesspal, not sure if that's the prefect solution but it's working!

Ok, thank you. I can always add in my time walking manually but the whole point was for it to be one less thing to think about. But I might just go back to not inclduding my walking. I am a pedestrian/transit gal, and my job requires a lot of walking so when tracking I rack up 15,000 almost daily. By the end of the week…

I love my fitbit! I use it nearly every day ( I've forgotten to put it back on after showering a couple times ). Don't track my sleep often however. Don't expect them to be 100% accurate but it's still fun to try to hit X amount of steps every day as well as the other goals. Down fall is this fitbit flex isn't waterproof…
