Definitely poor planning on my part today. I often will have sushi. Had a greek wrap today that was in the data base... so that's a score. Sometimes the brain just isn't working... was by a couple grocery stores today. I'll take your advice and grab some protein/granola bars and food for on the go. Live & learn...

I've used MFP a few times before this time (which seems to have stuck now). This time to make it a habit I focused on just tracking before I paid attention to what and how much I was eating. Before I was eating well over 2000 cals, now I eat anywhere between 1200-1400cals on average.

I wish this was the way! I'm always peeing. The other day I had to pee almost every hour. Not only was I drinking my usual amout of water, but I ate soooo many vegetables. Annoying, but yet feels good. haha

I'm trying to cut back as well! Both for money and my health. I'd start by going day by day. So if you have 3 cups. Maybe have 2 or 2.5 cups. The next day have two. Slowly slowly cut back. Then start cutting back either cream or sugar. Measure each so you know exactly how much you put in it.

I'm not at WW and never have been. I didn't count the veggies/fruit while using MFP when I first started using this system.

It makes more sense to log, I was just curious if anyone was doing this currently ( only MFP ). By me logging I realize I need to eat more fruit/veggies instead of whatever the heck else I eat so it helps in that sense as well.

When beginning to log you could start with smaller goals in addition. So maybe it's to drink more water the first week. Then possibly have fruit instead of cookies. Or you will only have 1 cookie instead of X amount. Some people can do a 180 switch and be good but others can't. Personally I have to make small changes but…

I did say on top of my training. It wouldn't necessarily be a sweat-drenching work out down the trail, but it would still be beneficial. I think a friend and I are going to hit the pool tomorrow. Even if it's more leisurely I'm cool with that!
