Me: 5 - LNS: 1* I don't feel bad about it though. It wasn't full-on LNS, just went to some friends' party, but it was still eating after 8pm, which was my definition of LNS for the challenge. Didn't even do too badly with my choices at the party, so it's all good! :)

Thanks for the challenge! Facing off with this persistent demon is really helping me, in multiple ways! Me: 5 - LNS: 0 (unless a glass of wine while purging my closet of plus-sizes counts against me) New lowest weight in 16 years!!! Whoohoo!

Don't feel bad. Intentions aren't enough. It's nearly impossible to replace 'something' with 'nothing'. You need a strategy of what you'll do instead to break the rhythm when the impulse strikes. Pick something that's hard to eat while doing, like painting/crafting, brush the dog, dust the baseboards, whatever. Just have a…
