I have been logging my meals for the second week now ! Lost 2 kgs which is 4.5 lbs ! I am glad to hear it is working for other people too. I will be glad to check this post daily to give and get motivation

What helps me is when i say to myself : " i am not dieting i am just taking better choices.. I am not gonna eat that not because I can't !
