  • Look at reverse dieting. I'm not really in the know but from What I've seen of others using this is slowly lower calories to preserve muscle mass and ensure dropping fat. Not sure on IF and the science behind it.
  • At my gym bodypump is.classed as strength training. I've never been the class mind. But j think it's both really. Even the bootcamps I would think would use elements of strength training. Sounds like a lot of workouts, make sure you don't over do it will burn yourself out.
  • Sorry I was saying in 5 weeks I haven't lost any inches or changed in photos. I'm not expecting stuff over night at all. But in 5 weeks I expected something. Is this expected? Surley with such a big calorie deficent I should be loosing fat?
