  • my job requires i workout every morning for an hour but am looking for evening routines. i run with a weight vest to help with running but have to mostly improve muscular strength n endurance for pushups
  • there is a section in the app that says strength and it asks for the weight info and calculates the calories. for example. .. bench press barbell at 5 reps at 135 lbs will give you an estimated calorie burn. i hope this helps i just started this today.
